By enrolling in any course, accessing our services, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all users of Cambridge Institute services, including students, prospective students, and visitors to our platform.

2. Description of Services

Cambridge Institute provides educational services including:

• Bridge courses for academic preparation

• Language learning programs (similar to Duolingo methodology)

• IELTS preparation and training

• PTE (Pearson Test of English) preparation

• TOEFL preparation and coaching

• Online and in-person classes

• Assessment and progress tracking

• Student support and counseling services

Service Availability

Services are provided subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

3. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our programs, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us promptly of any changes to your information

• Meet any specific prerequisites for advanced courses

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Eligibility Verification

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional documentation. False information may result in immediate termination of services.

4. Payment Terms and Tuition

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless enrolled in an approved payment plan

• Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for new enrollments

• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

• All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

• Full refund available up to 7 days before course start date

• 50% refund available up to 3 days before course start date

• No refund available after course commencement, except in exceptional circumstances

• Processing fees are non-refundable

• Refunds typically processed within 5-10 business days

Financial Aid and Scholarships

Financial assistance may be available based on need and merit. Scholarship recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress.

5. Academic Policies and Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually

• Complete assignments and assessments honestly

• Respect instructors and fellow students

• Follow all institutional policies and procedures

• Maintain academic integrity in all work

Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action, including possible dismissal from the program without refund.

Attendance Requirements

Minimum 80% attendance is required for course completion. Students falling below this threshold may be withdrawn from the program.

Code of Conduct

Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of institute policies may result in suspension or expulsion. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum content and lesson plans

• Video lectures and audio recordings

• Practice tests and assessment materials

• Proprietary learning methodologies

• Software and digital platforms

Are the exclusive property of Cambridge Institute or our licensed partners. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any materials without written permission.

Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original work but grant Cambridge Institute a non-exclusive license to use student work for educational and promotional purposes.

Third-Party Content

Some materials may be licensed from third parties. Use of such content is subject to the original licensing terms.

7. Technology Use and Digital Platform

Our digital learning platform usage terms:

• Platform access is provided for enrolled students only

• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited

• System availability is not guaranteed 24/7; maintenance windows will be communicated

• Students must use compatible devices and maintain internet connectivity

• Prohibited activities include hacking, data mining, or system interference

Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring their devices meet minimum technical requirements for course participation.

Data Usage

Students consent to the collection and use of learning analytics data to improve educational outcomes and platform functionality.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of personal and academic data

• Communication via email, SMS, and other channels

• Sharing of information with testing organizations when required

• Use of cookies and tracking technologies for service improvement

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Cambridge Institute provides educational services to help students achieve their goals, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as test scores or academic success. Our liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services

• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

• Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee test score improvements or admission outcomes

• Force majeure events may affect service delivery without liability

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for their own learning outcomes and must actively participate in the educational process.

10. Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate the educational relationship under certain circumstances:

Cambridge Institute may terminate or suspend services for:

• Non-payment of fees

• Violation of academic integrity policies

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• Providing false information during registration

• Violation of these terms of service

Students may withdraw from programs subject to our refund policy. Upon termination, access to all digital resources and platforms will be revoked.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Initial attempt through direct communication with student services

• Mediation through an agreed-upon neutral third party

• Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Cambridge Institute and students.

No oral modifications or additional terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by authorized representatives of Cambridge Institute.

Emergency Procedures and Support

In case of emergencies affecting course delivery or student safety:
